The annual Operation HHH Veterans Hunt took place over the weekend of Nov 12-14. We had 32 Veterans, from about 15 states, join us for fishing, pheasant hunting, duck hunting, and deer hunting. We had poor weather all weekend, freezing rain, cold temperatures and no sun did not dampen the the mood or the participation. The boats still went out and the dogs still hunted for the vets. We ended up harvesting about 70 pheasant over the 3 days. Sponsors - Rocky Brands, Otis, L&D’s, Deer Creek Motel, and several anonymous donors- helped make the weekend adventurous and fun for all!
